No-pay no-play policy
If fees are not paid in full by the first game of the season and a payment plan is not in place, the player will be unable to take the court, until payment is made, or a payment arrangement is in place.
Non-refundable deposit
At the time of registering a payment is required.
Fees in full or a deposit to secure a position. The deposit amount is $100 as specified by the CD Elite club is non-refundable, as significant admin time placing children in teams and registering teams with Casey Basketball Association.
The only time the deposit will be refunded is if CD Elite cannot place your child in a team for their age group or nominated age group.
Your deposit will not be refunded if you are unsatisfied with the team your child is selected in. Changing your mind after registering your child will also result in your deposit not being refunded.
Refund of fees
Player fees are due to be paid in full by the 1st round of each season. Withdrawing your child from a team after round 1, fees will only be refunded, minus the deposit amount, if clubs are able to replace your child’s position.
Refund due to an injury
If you child sustains an injury during the season, either during a game or whilst training and is unable to resume playing for several weeks, you may apply to have a portion of fees refunded. A medical certificate providing the dates the injured player is unable to participate from and when they can return will need to be submitted.
Absence during season
